Bring balance to your energy, empower your intentions, and feel connected with our loving tribe. This month features a special penumbral lunar eclipse – 8:17pm begins the moonrising )

▸7:15pm: CHECK IN: Set up your space & receive a handwoven Peruvian intention bracelet & optional smudging.

EXPERIENCE: GENTLE YIN FLOW YOGA eco GROUNDING & HEALING by the natural sounds of the ocean waves, connection to mother earth followed by guided moon MEDITATION with sweet musical beats with founder & director, Lisa Pumper.

Optional to stay after class for sharing circle, community connecting, and magical Moon gazing. Bring your own food & drink to enjoy on the beach. 8:17pm is a penumbral lunar eclipse moonrising (5:30pm max eclipse is below horizon)

Class is open to ALL LEVELS and newbies to Yoga.
This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape, size & age is welcomed.

➳ PAY at event: $10 CASH per person, kids under 13 are free.

➳ BRING: Large towel or blanket. A wrap for meditation, a drink/snack, $10 CASH & a powerful intention you would like to bring to your life. *No bathrooms on sand. Across the street.

➳ TIME/DATE: TUESDAY, JULY 16 – 7:30 PM

➳ WEATHER: If you are uncertain, please TEXT Lisa 954-609-9074, least 30 minutes before class starts. Once class begins, you will not be able to reach the teacher. Also check our Facebook event page for posts. Keep in mind, Florida rain usually passes quickly.
